As members & residents of the Music Village Resorts, we like to think of ourselves as an environmentally conscience community. We support efforts for a cleaner, greener environment. We believe environmental awareness begins at home. When we develop these resorts, we do it with limited land clearing. What this means for you, our earth friendly neighbors, is that we leave the maximum amount of trees & natural foliage. Each Village provides full service recycling facilities, a compost yard, bio-friendly products, organic fertilizers, cloth bags instead of paper or plastic, & personal cups rather than wasteful paper or styrofoam that will end up in the garbage. At CMVR, our community is all about knowing & showing, living & giving, caring & sharing ... that's what it's all about! 

The environmental impact from our resorts are minimal. Our resorts provides a much higher percentage of green space than other developments & resorts. Many acres within the venue & community will be designated green spaces & will be deed restricted against any future development.

Music Productions

At the Village, it won't be your fathers Bluegrass concert! Each resort will focus on a professional production for each event; from the festivals & concerts to the lodge venue for touring artists. Each production will provide state-of-the-art quality PA's, 48 channel soundboard's, microphones & moving lights. Each event will focus on the entire package of an event production. From sound engineers to roadies, we strive to produce an event that provides a complete scope of professionalism. Our events will focus on the most exceptional touring artists for each season to make an appearance at CMVR, ranging from all genres of music.

Touring Artist Haven

Each resort will have a designated venue, thus establishing a relationship with countless artists, touring bands, & their management. Because we are a Music Village Resorts,we are a village of musicians & music enthusiasts from all walks of life. We are a village of the like minded brought together to create new & wonderful music. These touring artist will range from mega artists to young, new bands just starting out on the journey & everyone in between. Since our venue will be suitable to host any event, almost anytime, our standing policy will always be to support all touring artists. While the larger acts will require significant productions, others will not. Our resorts will create a location for these touring artist to perform, rest & interact with other like minded individuals in between other gigs. As hosts, we will provide accommodations, meals & compensation depending on the artists actual booking value. This will allow young, solvent musicians a friendly resting stop in between gigs. It will also provide them a recharge & an outstanding network setting with other like minded individuals & groups. As a resort, we are becoming part of their creative process & instituting a solid foundation for relationships with artists that will provide tomorrow's sound that everyone will be seeking.

Music Co-operative Syndicate

Music Village Resorts are being created by the individual purchase of hundreds of real estate lots & resort memberships. This is how real estate developments are created & profits are made. With our project, the profits go back into the resort for the benefit of our residents & owners instead of development corporations & lending institutions. The capital from real estate & membership sales are directly reinvested into creating our music utopia. One objective of CMVR is to create a venue & resort without debt service. This will provide a solid foundation to provide internal capital for exceptional events & productions without sponsors or over selling the venue.

We are seeking individuals & groups that may be interested in a ground floor opportunity in assisting on developing this new amazing niche in music. We are seeking professionals, skilled & unskilled, to assist in every phase & aspect of this project. Since we are a grassroots development organization, Music Village Resorts do not use corporate sponsorship or funding. As these resorts are to operate & be developed without corporate sponsorships or backing, our budgets are restricted by each resorts total value in real estate & memberships sold. To maximize the value for all those with an equity stake, we are developing these resorts with resources from those who want to be apart of something as outstanding as CMVR. We are creating an in-house team to assist in this vast project that will span a dozen or more resorts in outstanding locations over the next 10 years. Some positions will receive compensation, while others are volunteer. Our volunteer positions come with the opportunity to advance into a potential full or part time position, independent contractor, out source collaborator or vendor with Music Village Resorts, an individual Music Village Resorts or several villages as a tour staff. Radio Music Village Resorts

Each resort will have its own low frequency radio station for events & other community broadcasts. During events is the only time canned music will be permitted from those camping within the venue. We do this to prevent abusive & obtrusive music late night within the community. This station will be limited in promotion of the shops within the venue& will be otherwise commercial free.

Music Village Resorts Association

What makes up the Music Village Association? You do! We are the residents & members of each individual community. These associations will own much of the green space areas & will have control over most of the communities future direction. The resorts will also maintain properties owned by the association as common area ground space.

Inner Circle

Within our network of resorts is our base, the Inner Circle. We are the homeowners, members & their guests, the performing artists & their fans. Our marketing efforts will be established within a fixed target of patrons. By being a part of this inner circle, the actual budget for performers & productions is increased as the budget for marketing is decreased. We achieve this through our marketing efforts within fixed patron base.

Music Village Resorts Is:

Music Village Resorts Is Not:

• A hippie commune. Nothing against hippies, this just isn't one. This is a village of music enthusiasts who are professionals & seek a high quality venue
• Yuppie Central. It's not that either. We are successful people who chose music as our pastime & listen to the music instead of gossip
• Mud Fest City. With golf course design & sod turf, this is a park with drainage systems in place
• Metal Heaven. Loud obtrusive music is not the basis of the music at our venues. Americana, Bluegrass, Blues, Jam, Eclectic, Reggae, Rock & music in that range will be at our venues.
• Commercial sell out. No commercial sponsors will be intruding on your space or influencing the direction of the venue
• Bonnaroo or Woodstock. Leave that madness to others! We are l about intimacy & family atmosphere around music
• RV or Trailer park. We are a modern planned residential music amphitheater community
• Manufactured home park. Our resorts will only except planned custom home designs, steal & log cabin kits, geodesic domes & other approved home designs
• Port-o-let events. Our villages will have modern shower/bath houses for a first class camping & festival experience
• A corporate development company. We are a grassroots co-operative of music enthusiasts uniting resources to create our music utopia

Government Alliance

Music Village Resorts are bringing exceptional artistic recreation & cultural diversity to communities throughout the county & beyond.Our goal is to increase tourism & local industry; thus bringing in additional tax dollars for home owners & other resort properties. Music Village Resorts is seeking communities that will provide tax incentives for the resort during the building phase. This will maximize development capital for improvement on venue assets & maintenance of the high quality grounds our patrons will come to expect.  CMVR is not just another music venue, it is a true artisans village & will provide an excellent addition to any community. CMVR will also provide an economic boost to the local economy as well as in increase in tourism. Our resorts are attracting professionals that are not interested in commercialization of music or venues. They don't want the hassle of large crowds of drunks & others that are not really interested in the music. These resorts are for the patron who is interested in the music, the arts, & the environment. They are professionals who have removed themselves from those types of crowds. Each resort will be named for the location and community it represents. We strive to create & maintain a strong bond with forest services & other agencies.The events & festivals held at CMVR will, moreover, be beneficial to the patrons, the environment & the community.

We will be seeking the following support from local, state & federal governments for the Music Village Resorts.

• Property tax incentive for venue
• County water & sewer expanded to sites if possible
• DOT markings & signage on highways
• Incorporation/Charter for Village township
• US Army Core or USDA for use easements/leases
• Reasonable rates for Law Enforcement traffic control if needed
