Music Village Resorts is seeking suppliers of home kits, cabins, villas or other types of homes to be considered in our communities. Since certain supplies & designs work in some regions & not in others, we are shopping for the best option for our co-op in each market. CMVR is seeking a supplier that will provide us with dealer rates direct to our residents. Music Village Resorts is not like other developments. As a co-op, we will strengthen our buying power to create exceptional home ownership values & offer it to those who never thought it possible. With our unified efforts & the proper building supplier, we can create our village with the most competitive rates from the highest quality materials ranging from metal frames to cabin kits.

Contractors

Contractors are being sought in every market of the Music Village Resort. We need you to assist with what will become the new niche market created. We are seeking independent contractors who are licensed & insured to assist in the development of this project as liaisons. You must be aware of local building codes & sub-contractors. We are assembling crews to assist with skilled & unskilled laborers with a passion to be a part of this ground floor opportunity. Our co-op will have many residents who will be wanting a home or cabin. We will be assembling an in-house team to assist our residents in protection from inferior building quality, poor workmanship or over paying. Our village is built on many people putting all they have into these resorts. CMVR is committed to maintaining a tight ship in all aspects of development. This includes road clearing to building cabins for the land buyer. Our residents count on us to protect their investment & that is the goal we are committed to. Dollar for dollar per square foot, we are seeking the best quality for the best price without question. This quality guarantee will insure resale value for all of the property within our entire village.
